Birthday Cake

Here are some pictures from our casual first birthday celebration. Matt made the chocolate cake from scratch. Amanda didn't quite know what was going on when we were lighting the candle and singing. But she did enjoy the cake and kept signing/asking for more.

 

 

 

 

Happy 1st Birthday!

 

Amanda has been with us for one year. Here is a picture from when she was one day old. She is so very precious and has been such a joy in our lives. Thanks be to God!

Amanda has been sick with Roseola this week but is getting better. Here is a short video from when she was well.

Baseball Game

 

Amanda Jo went to her first baseball game on the Fourth of July, and saw the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the San Francisco Giants. She wore her Dodgers jersey (a gift from a friend) and drew many comments. I myself am used to getting all sorts of comments for being a Dodgers fan up here in San Fran. But I actually assume she'll end up a Giants fan if she likes baseball, since she will be growing up in San Francisco.
