Pulling Self Up

Amanda can pull herself up to a standing position. She always have a big grin on her face when she has done so. However, she can't get down from the standing position yet.

New Cousin

Amanda's newest cousin Presley arrived on March 30th.

New Discoveries

Since Amanda started crawling, she isn't satisfied with sitting and playing with the toys that we give her. She wants to go see what all that other stuff is! She loves the phone book, and getting up on her hands and feet with whatever prop she can find, like that blue container.

Going to the Park

 

I took Amanda Jo to the park the other weekend, on a beautiful Saturday. She got to play with the grass, which wasn't very interesting apparently. But she also got to sit in the sand, which is fascinating! She would put her hand in the sand, pick up some sand, and watch it fall out of her hand. It's all very interesting for someone who has never done it before.

I am sick

It's no fun being sick. This picture was from when I was not sick.

Crawling!

Amanda had been crawling backwards for a while now. Two days ago, she figured out how to crawl forward. Now, she is crawling everywhere and getting into everything.
